Exhibit Registration Rules and Procedures

Cancellation of Booth Space

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by the company’s exhibit manager or authorized representative and faxed directly to show management at (435) 797–4160. For cancellations received by May 21, 2008, exhibit space fees paid will be refunded, less the cost of extended items and a $250 fee. No refunds will be provided after this date. Space may not be sublet.

In the event of show cancellation at any time, show management liability is limited to a full refund of exhibitor registration fees only. Cancellation policies for the exhibit decorator service provider will be published in the exhibitor kit.

Exhibit Services

All shipping, receiving, electrical service, audiovisual service, carpet, and furniture rental will be managed by the show decorator, Modern Exposition Services. A complete listing of decorator services, deadlines, and appropriate order forms will be included in the exhibitor kit distributed to participating organizations.

Exhibitor Kit

A complete exhibitor kit will be supplied upon completion of registration. A complete list of deadlines and the necessary forms will be included to ensure timely preparation for your exhibit. Additional information will be provided to the designated exhibit manager.

Exhibitor Marketing and Networking Opportunities

The following marketing and networking opportunities are available for exhibitors wishing to further promote their organizations:

• 150-word organization description listed on the Small Satellite Conference website
• Organization description printed in the Conference Pocket Program distributed to each Conference participant at time of check-in
• Availability of pre-registered participant lists
• Exhibitor Extravaganza—Conference participants enter a drawing for prizes by visiting exhibits in all exhibit locations (2nd floor, 3rd floor, tent)
• All refreshment breaks during open show hours will be served in exhibit areas, excluding Conference Center hallways

Public Relations Services

Press Kits will be provided to media prior to the Conference. If exhibiting organizations are interested, please mail your press release to Sonya Warner.

Conference Participation

Each exhibiting organization is eligible to receive one discounted conference registration per exhibit space rented. Additional conference attendees must register at the regular conference registration rates.
