Complimentary registrations are available to accredited members of the media. Media registrations are limited to one per affiliation and include keynote address, technical sessions, lunches and refreshment breaks, and social events.

In accepting the media registration, the recipient accepts the following event policies:

Recording: Recording at the Conference either by audio or video is not permitted without prior express written consent of the Small Satellite Conference Committee.

Conference Materials: Conference materials may be made available for reference if additional copies are available on-site.

Publication of Conference related stories/events: The Conference requests that it be notified of any articles published relating to Conference events. These will be used for archive and Committee reference purposes.

Requests must be made by August 4, 2008. Official media photo identification is required at the registration desk.
