Exhibit Registration

EXHIBIT SPACE IS ASSIGNED according to the priority points system. This process allows organizations with the highest number of points to have priority in booth selection.  Points are accumulated by exhibiting and sponsoring at the Conference. Please visit the Points System page for more information.

RESERVATIONS FOR EXHIBIT SPACE MUST BE MADE ONLINE. Payment for registration will be accepted in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Please reference the Commercial Exhibit Registration Form in preparation for online submission.

TO INCREASE THE LIKELIHOOD of your organization being assigned to its preferred booth space, please register within the 3-day time frame, February 7-9. Organizations that register after February 9 will be placed on a waiting list and assigned an exhibit space based upon availability and the time and date that reservations and payment were received.

AFTER RESERVING EXHIBIT SPACE, organizations will receive an email confirmation on or before February 17. Show Management will make every possible effort to accommodate requests.

Show Management reserves the right to take action deemed to be in the best interest of the Conference. This includes, but is not limited to, making changes to the exhibit layout, show schedule, and Conference-related activities.
