The Small Satellite Conference is held at Utah State University in the Taggart Student Center. Conference technical sessions are held in the ballroom, located on the second floor of the facility. Exhibits are located in adjacent areas on the second floor.

Marketing and Networking Opportunities

• Exhibitor description listed on the Small Satellite Conference website and proceedings CD-ROM
• Exhibitor description printed in on-site Conference materials distributed to all participants
• Access to pre-registered participant lists (upon request)
• Exhibitor Extravaganza—organizations participate in a game which encourages attendees to visit each exhibit area
• All refreshment breaks are held in exhibit areas

Conference Participation

Each exhibiting organization is eligible to receive one discounted Conference registration per exhibit space rented. Any exhibitor wishing to attend the technical sessions is required to register for the Conference.

Exhibit Space Specifications

Each exhibit booth space is 8’d x 10’w. Displays must not exceed a maximum height of 10 feet. Canopies may not extend more than 4 feet forward from the back wall.

Each table top exhibit space is 2’d x 8’w. Exhibit materials are restricted to tabletop displays only.

Exhibit Services

Modern Exposition Services will manage all freight, electrical service, audiovisual service, carpeting, and furniture rental. A complete listing of decorator services, deadlines, and appropriate order forms will be included in the exhibitor kit.
