Abstract Submittal

Abstract notification will be emailed to the POC on March 20th.

ABSTRACTS SHOULD RELATE TO the Conference theme or technical sessions and clearly summarize the proposed paper in one page. Each abstract must include:

  • Title of paper
  • Author(s)
  • Affiliation for each author
  • Name and affiliation of presenter
  • Point of contact with complete mailing and email addresses, phone and fax numbers
  • The session topic that best describes the abstract

Abstracts are selected by a peer review panel based on technical content, value to Conference, applicability to Conference theme, and lack of advertisement. Abstracts that focus primarily on the marketing of commercial material are strongly discouraged.

Please note:

By submitting, each author/coauthor agrees to the following conditions:

  • The Small Satellite Conference is authorized to circulate abstracts to committee members and reviewers for evaluation and selection purposes.
  • Accepted abstracts will be posted on the Small Satellite website prior to the Conference and may be included in printed on-site materials.

The Small Satellite Conference has a “no-paper, no-podium” rule. Only authors whose manuscripts are in the Conference proceedings will be permitted to present at the Conference. Proper approval and clearances are the responsibility of the authors; please plan accordingly.
